Shipping Policy

We ship internationally to almost every destination. You can find below all the shipping zones and the corresponding shipping rates.

We do not deliver to Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Portuguese islands, Andorra. 

Orders placed and fully paid before 11.00 am are normally dispatched the same business day. Order placed and/or paid after 11.00 am are dispatched the same or the next business day.

You will receive shipment notification and tracking details as soon as your parcel is scanned in the facilities of the courier/postal agency.

If you placed a personalized order and we need to get your products directly from the manufacturers, your order will be shipped as soon as we receive the missing items at our premises (it takes normally 3-5 business days). Please contact us if you have any special requirements regarding shipping your order.

 

Shipping rates are calculated automatically based on the weight of items in the shopping cart and your shipping address*.

Please note that when ordering item(s) for shipping outside of Spain the recipient is responsible for paying any customs duties and/or taxes levied as a result of importing item(s) into that country. 

Shipping costs are not covered by gift certificates if it's not specified otherwise, since it's a third party service.

Kids&Chic.com is not responsible for any delays in delivery due to the post service operations. 


  • Gifts Shipping

We can provide complimentary gift wrapping. Also, if your order is a gift, please notify us using our contact form if you do not want us to include the invoice with the shipment. All invoices are emailed to the client and not the recipients if the latter is a different person. 

To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

 

Returns Policy

We offer a flexible returns and exchange policy in case if you are not happy with your purchase. Please note that all items should be returned unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged. Returned merchandise should include all original tags and be exactly in the same condition as when it was received. Used, washed, altered and damaged items cannot be returned. 

You can return all or part of your purchase within 14 days from the date you originally received it. Fill out the Return Form on the back of your invoice and enclose it with your shipment. Send the package using an insured postal carrier of your choice  to make sure that the package arrives back to us safely to the address indicated in the Return Form. We are not responsible for damage to products in transit back to us. Please make sure that the items are returned in a sturdy package (such as a padded envelope or box, similar to the way the items were originally sent). As soon as you have the tracking number for your return from the courier, please e-mail it to us at info@kidsandchic.com or submit using our contact form.

We will process your return within 1-3 business days from the moment the items are received at our warehouse. All returned goods are thoroughly inspected before issuing the refund and will not be accepted if they have been worn, altered, washed or damaged or if they do not have their original tags attached. Once return is processed we will notify you via email.

If your return is refused because it does not meet our Returns Policy, you will be notified via e-mail and the item(s) will be sent back to you at your cost.

The cost of returned items that meet our Returns Policy will be refunded at the original purchase price, plus applicable sales tax, in the form of the store credit to your account at Kids&Chic.com.

Shipping charges are not refundable. You are responsible for the return shipping fees.


Faulty Items

At Kids&Chic.com we check thoroughly every item before sending it to the client to make sure it does not have any holes, cuts, stains or other manufacturer defects. We understand that there is no bigger disappointment than receive your order with faulty products. We want you to be happy with your purchase and our service, that´s why we 100% guarantee that you will be delivered only quality products from our online boutique. In a very unlikely case that there is any manufacturer defect in the product that you received, please send us a high quality picture at info@kidsandchic.com demonstrating the faulty part. We will be happy to issue you a refund in the cost of the faulty product(s) in the original way you made the payment upon the receipt of the product(s) at our premises.

Exchanges

If you want to get a different item or need a different size, please return your original merchandise along with the Return Form and place a new order for the item(s) you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item(s) before placing a new order. You are responsible for the shipping fees on the exchange order.

If you are exchanging an item because we shipped to you a wrong article, your new order will be shipped using Standard delivery shipping option free of charge.
